Gener-Ox™ Chemical-Free Sewer Line Odor and Corrosion Control

Gener-Ox™ is a sustainable, chemical-free solution designed to prevent sewer line odor and corrosion by converting anaerobic conditions in force mains into aerobic environments. This eliminates the formation of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), a key cause of unpleasant odors and infrastructure corrosion, without the need for hazardous chemicals. By using dissolved oxygen (DO), Gener-Ox™ maintains optimal aerobic conditions throughout the force main, addressing the root cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.

The system works by drawing a side-stream of sewage from the wet well, pressurizing it to dissolve the maximum amount of oxygen, and injecting it back into the force main. This ensures the sewage remains oxygen-rich without bubbles, preventing the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria that cause H2S formation. The system continuously monitors and controls DO levels in both the wet well and the force main, ensuring consistent aerobic conditions.
