Master Aerator – WMA

The Master Aerator (WMA) is an advanced aeration system designed to efficiently capture oxygen from the atmosphere and introduce it into tanks or reactors used for biological treatments. In addition to oxygenation, the WMA ensures thorough mixing of the effluent for optimized treatment results. The system consists of a floating assembly, an electric motor, a tubular shaft, and a high-performance propeller.

Key Advantages

  • High-performance aeration: Maximizes oxygen transfer and mixing efficiency.

  • Energy-efficient: Low power consumption for cost-effective operation.

  • Easy installation: Designed for simple setup on the surface of effluent tanks.

  • Low maintenance: Reliable system with minimal upkeep requirements.

  • Eco-friendly: Does not spray effluent into the atmosphere, preventing contamination and ensuring environmental safety.

Applications

The WMA Master Aerator is ideal for a variety of treatment processes, including:

  • Activated sludge treatment: Enhances oxygenation and mixing in biological treatment systems.

  • Industrial effluent treatment: Suitable for large-scale industrial wastewater treatment.

  • Oxygenation tanks: Optimizes oxygen introduction in oxygenation tanks.

  • Homogenization tanks: Ensures consistent mixing for effective treatment.

The Master Aerator (WMA) is a powerful and efficient aeration solution that enhances the performance of biological treatment systems while maintaining low energy consumption and ease of use.

How It Works

The Master Aerator is placed on the surface of the effluent. Once the motor is activated, the propeller creates a vacuum, drawing air from the atmosphere through an opening in the shaft and dispersing it into the liquid. This process oxygenates the effluent while ensuring complete mixing, promoting efficient biological treatment.
